When you have so many works to do in business, you might need an extra hand. CASTER BIZ, an online assistant service, helps your business remotely from general tasks to professional accounting works. As an online assistant is quite new to the market, we needed to introduce the category itself in their first brand campaign.

Unlike the overflowing visuals in the HR industry, which usually portrays a beautiful woman smiling and working in the office, we developed a uniquely eye-catching icon: ’An Extra Hand shows up from Nowhere’ - This is the core idea considering an assistant as an extra hand, and visualizing online by showing up from somewhere. The extra hand shows up from campaign film to outdoor ads as a visual representation of an online assistant.
